Known as one of Diamond Bar area’s most beloved places to eat, our head Chef Alex takes pride in reimagining the way people enjoy and experience sushi.  Setting an ambitious standard for cuisine with his vast knowledge of preparing fish and his "everybody is family" attitude, our guests have the privilege of tasting the bold and unique flavors that come from over 20 years of training and experience in Japan and America.
